This is what a full meal looks like in the world's best restaurant

Rapper and food TV show host Action Bronson just posted an Instagram reportage of a meal in the best restaurant in the world*—Noma, in Copenhagen, Denmark. 24 courses with ingredients that go from flowers and sea urchin to ants and grasshopper.

Noma has been named best restaurant in the world several times already. Its food is based on the search of the best local ingredients to cook them and present them with extreme care and respect. A full meal at Noma is around $280.

* Of course, "best restaurant in the world" is an arbitrary title by one publication—the British magazine Restaurant. But it's definitely one of the very best in the planet.

Man, that stuff just doesn't look appetizing to me. I might try the duck, the green strawberries with cheese, and the chilled cucumber dish.

I've had quite a few exotic dishes. Pre-kids, we'd hit up amazing restaurants that served nine course pairing meals, meaning the food was paired with a specific wine.

At first, reading the menu would gross me out. I was like "I am NOT eating THAT". So the chef always had dishes for lame people like me. Funny enough, I'd taste my wife's dish and would be completely blown away.

After dining at two restaurants and realizing I was acting the fool, I finally decided to not read the menu, trust the chef and enjoy. And man, did I enjoy!

Regardless, it never ceases to amaze me how closed minded Americans are towards food. They'll happily eat multiple McDonalds burgers and fries per meal, but won't taste herb crusted bone marrow with a wine reduction sauce.

I've never tried bone marrow but I've been told repeatedly that it's ****ing amazing.

There are so many dishes that are amazing in this world. Which reminds me! Hit me up here or on FB tomorrow and I'll send you an amazing recipe for a pasta dish we learned at a bed and breakfast in the Tuscan hillside of Greve in Chianti from a Florentine master chef.

Homemade pasta (I use a manual pasta maker) an amazing cream sauce with soft poached egg drizzled over the dish before serving. It's awesome!

No worries, pal! I meant to take pictures of the zugu, meatballs and Italian sausage and lasagne I made for Thanksgiving but after the long day of cooking, forgot. My apologies.

I'd love to make zugu as well. Authenticity and all. The wife has been trying to get me to do a chicken Alfredo style lasagna for her. I need to get that made as well.

Regardless, it never ceases to amaze me how closed minded Americans are towards food. They'll happily eat multiple McDonalds burgers and fries per meal, but won't taste herb crusted bone marrow with a wine reduction sauce.
