You idiots act like the Chiefs were winning SBs before Smitty got here and now that he did the organization took a nose dive. It's quite the opposite actually.

He's done a decent job. He was supported by tremendous defenses the past four years to go along with great ST units, which allowed him to manage them to playoff appearances.

Of course, once it came time to go H2H with contenders in January, that wasn't enough. And it never will be as long as the Chiefs don't have an elite defense.
