I don't give a **** about stats in this case. Grbac was ****ing ASS that year and when Rich took over, the ride began. And what a ****ing ride it was. Rich had mojo and more importantly, he had that team believing that they could take ANYONE who dared cross their path.
That defense, Gannon, and Marcus Allen were a ****ing MACHINE.
Except the "ride" never happened. They were the SAME team with Grbac that they were with Gannon. Anybody that actually watched the games and wasn't suffering from "anybody but Grbac" syndrome could see it.

Nope, I actually attended two games, one with Grbac and one with Gannon. But let's just leave this alone anyway, this argument destroyed the KC Star board in 1999/2000.
