The worst part about Speaks is he could be good. His 3 cone and 40 time at the combine was great for an interior rusher. He worked hard in college, never quit on plays.

I fear that Speaks got his first major paycheck and got lazy. Him showing up out of shape and admitting to being a lazy prick was the end for me.

That guy needed to be doing what Chris Jones did, but nope.
