Take that up with the Mayor

Has nothing to do with the Chiefs/Royals.

As long as they can develop the vacated area that Kaufman is on now for an entertainment district for Arrowhead, I don't mind it. I really don't want the Chiefs to move to a new stadium also. Worst case is a new stadium but same location I would hope.

Also, why no crown vision?

Kauffman is a nice stadium but the Sports Complex is in a very shitty location. Its in the middle of an industrial park. Downtown stadium will be awesome and with all of the major sports architecture firms in this town, it will be awesome.

Perfect spot for a new Arrowhead.

Then we'll have two.

Can't really see a handful of home games during at best 6 months of the year carrying an entertainment district for just Arrowhead.

Just make it accessible from the existing entertainment center in downtown.

Put some bars and restaurants down there, either build a new chiefs stadium with a dome or build a rolling roof and host concerts and other events there. Have some shops and some kind of attraction that kids can have fun at. It could work.

Let's not upset the kiddies!

No one is driving to Raytown unless the Chiefs are playing which happens at most 15 days out of the year or so.

Maybe we can get the Monarchs (t-bones) to relocate to the K

After they move downtown maybe they can move to Sacremento or something
