We should not be concerned about how many times we run. We should be concerned WHEN we run. In general the Chiefs run the ball too much on 1st down. Too little on 2nd and 3rd downs. And dont go for it on 4th down enough.

Check it out starting in 2000, I don't care. It still comes out that most teams lose when they get that far out of whack between running and passing. The fence appears to be about 35% running vs 75% passing. Passing more than about 75% of the time usually leads to losses.
