Bills/ Bengals [cancelled - process in OP]

In case anyone needs it spelled out, we would play at a neutral site if the AFCCG ends up being Chiefs vs. Bills. All other scenarios abide by the usual rules (so any other game the Chiefs play will be at home).

Bills fans are going to turn on their team pretty quick if they don't man up and stop acting like victims here.

Agreed, but when did the Bills indicate they were doing that?

You see the video of Foles on the ground flopping around after a hit because he couldn't breath and the DE who hit him doing snow angels next to him at the same time?

That was ****ing wild.

Meh, people are people.. one group isn't automatic tougher for continuing to play after an hour and a half, versus deciding to postpone after 40 minutes.

Tell the Bills and Bengals to continue and the players may have very well continued... it seemed like it came down to maybe a couple coaches pressing the matter, where as that didn't happen in another case.

These blanket statements like this are just kind of pointless... we might just be talking about HC or GM on the Bills basically making a unilateral decision or at least a very strong opinion not to play, versus other coaches of other teams quietly and grudgingly continuing and not sticking up for his players in the same way. Yeah, Josh Allen was rightfully so a mess on the sidelines, but may have also continued play like many other athletes have done, just like those soccer players were in tears and continued anyway.

Who the hell knows how close any given game is to continuing or being postponed or what each individual thinks of it.

And re: uproar... yeah, just go look for it.

"I know it's very difficult," Hjulmand said. "But looking back it was the wrong thing to make the decision between the two scenarios to the players in this case.

"Players were in a shock condition. Players who didn't really know yet if they had lost their best friend. And they have to decide between these two things. And I have a sense that we shouldn't have played.

"I know it's difficult. It's just a feeling I have. Maybe we should have just gone on to the bus and gone home and let's see what the next days would have brought.

"That's just my feeling now, but I think it was a very, very tough decision that the players had to try to make a decision. I know it's difficult, but I have a sense that it was wrong for the players to be given this situation."

That's why I thought they should play the game today/tonight. Then they could have done the games on Sunday/Monday which would have been 4/5 days turnaround respectively, comparable to a Sunday/Thursday turnaround. **** the NCAA championship game, would have been a hell of a warm-up if they(NFL) played the games Monday afternoon.

But the NFL ****ed that up.

This isn't that difficult really no reason to make it more complicated than it needs to be but the NFL gonna NFL.
I think #1 is the best way. We do have the best win % and are undefeated in our division.

I fear that they will give the Bills the 1 seed bc they would have the same amount of losses as us and they beat us head-to-head.

Steven A and Mad Dog just both said the NFL should push everything back a week, and take away the Super Bowl bye week. Play the games this weekend as scheduled, then play Buffalo at Cincy the following week, which would be the only game.....The game would resume where it was left off, 7-3 Cincy with 5 minutes and some change left in the 1st quarter. Thoughts?

No **** this, they refused to play they can both take the hit. I don't care anymore about their seasons.

Dont confuse me not caring for Damar. I hope he pulls through and is ok. But its so ****ing stupid that they can conflate not caring about Damar when WE talk about the 1 seed, but they want the world to bend over backwards for them so they can get the 1 seed.
