Certain things are genetic, and you can't really control them. You can get more testing done like coronary artery calcium scores and you can talk to your PCP about Apo B tests, but it sounds like you're doing most of what you should be.

The formula for calculating LDL is as follows

LDL cholesterol = total cholesterol - HDL - (triglycerides / 5)

So, if you have a cholesterol level of 200 and an HDL of 50, your LDL would be

200-50-(370/5)=76 which is really damned good.
