Some perspective

So the Chiefs have been good for 10 years. Andy has been here that long and they've just been a real consistent good team in the NFL. Averaged 12 wins a year since Andy has been here.

Then they get Mahomes and are averaging 13 or so. They've turned over the roster and built an elite offense, turned over the roster and built an elite defense and are still winning.

In a league built to....not let that happen. Look around at teams that are good. Usually they have a 3ish year run, top out, then start losing talent and end up going back down into missing the playoffs and kinda start over. Usually there's a window, look at the Bills, etc.

This group just keeps winning games. Every year.

I get we want the offense to be better. I'm sure they do as well. But damn guys.....we're kinda in the golden age here. They're gonna end up winning 14 games this year. We'll bitch and moan our way to hosting another AFCCG at the Head.

It just is.

If they fall short this season because the Ringling Brothers weren't available for all of our 3rd and 1 needs, and Andy is so bored with "just line the **** up and play football" that he has to call Harlem Globetrotter shit that often times removes his best qb on the planet from running the play, then that is an unmitigated disaster worthy of every ounce of criticism there is.

You can point to great plays like the strip scoop pitch score, and how many games we won, but this is a superbowl team. Defending champs.

If they don't make it, this is another wasted year of Patrick Mahomes career. I just don't see any other way to look at it.

"At least they were fun to watch" is horseshit.

The 2003 Chiefs were fun to watch too.
"Alleged greatest playcaller etc".

I'm curious if there is anything Andy could do at this point for you to be a fan of his. Seems weird.

Granted, none of the past 5 years matter at this point, so going forward, what are we looking at here? 4 more SB's wins do it?

My favorite part was "demand top tier results". Almost as if he has some course of action that will be devastating to the team if his hand is forced. The Chiefs are one of the most popular franchises in the most popular sport in the world. I think they'll survive if his "demands" aren't met.

Exactly... go ahead and stop watching or whatever you're going to do when they don't meet your demands as a fan.

And it's not CFB. Having the best QB and best coach might increase your odds of winning a SB a few percentage points per game. It gives you a great chance to get to the AFCCG as we've seen, but after that maybe it's a 52% or 55% chance of winning the AFCCG or SB. Hell, even at 60%, you're still losing 4 times out of 10.

Brady won a staggering 50% of seasons... so now Mahomes should win every single year or it's a massive failure? GTFO.

Yeah, I don't get that either. Ranting as though you have some skin in the game, or some influence. "The Chiefs' offense is down right horrible, and that's unacceptable to me! And if they don't get better I'm going to say it again!!"

What the **** man. Chill. You have no control over what happens in any of this. Just enjoy the winning. You have no stake in this WHATSOEVER.

Your expectations are ridiculous.

Like I said, it isn't Madden. You aren't going to win the Super Bowl every year, even with the best player in the game. Injuries, other teams that match up well against you, bad luck/bounces, bad calls, more complete rosters... these are all things that factor in.

The other teams are trying to win, too.

Your myopic hatred of Andy Reid just looks petty and makes you look like an idiot who can't get past his own "feels" even when new facts show they're wrong.

Crawler plays Madden on pro and that's his expectations for the Chiefs...

It's completely valid. If anyone can turn it on in the postseason it's Reid, Mahomes and Kelce.

It's less of a stretch to think they can do that than, say, ****ing Joe Flacco and company.

Already a fan. He won 2 titles for the Chiefs.

It doesn't mean you can't be questioned or critiqued, contrary to the belief of many on this board. To question Andy is tantamount to fire Andy on this board. It's very strange, but I've just come to ignore the mouth breathers that cant quite understand the concept.

We hear it constantly. Andy Reid, greatest play designer and play caller in history. Offensive guru. Offensive genius.

3rd and 1, my money is on PUNT team hitting the field next play, and I'll profit more than I lose.

If he was as smart as everyone thinks, when he finds himself in 3rd and 1, he should 100% take a couple delay of game penalties to get to 3rd an 11, and then easily pick up the first with either a schemed up play, or a Mahomes scramble.

3rd and 1, he just can't get it right.

Seems odd that the greatest playcaller in nfl history's kryptonite is the most desirable 3rd down distance. Just can't get it. It's hilariously bad.
