This shit isn't solely on Andy. Vatch should have picked up a reliable target in free agency. My guess is that he figured Mahomes could make good recievers out of grocery baggers and it blew up in his face.
Now we're sitting here with no way to improve that group this year. Sure we'll make the playoffs, but I doubt we make a deep run. The thing that pisses me off most about it is that we've wasted a year of Mahomes and Kelce. I'm guessing Kelce hangs them up after this season so he can pursue his other interests without beating his body up more that it already is. If so, Vatch won't be able to go bpa in the draft and will have to reach for a couple of playmakers. This is feeling more and more like it's going to be a mini rebuild next season
