That's fair, I edited per your suggestion to include Brown.

Even with x3 rookie WRs and no FA WRs, we'd still have Rice, Watson, & Toney from the previous year's core so it's really all upside from there.

I'm leaning on Legette's plus physical traits and Rice's pedigree to produce more than the typical Reid rookie WR.
