Arrogance was putting an unqualified coach in the WR room, when what you needed was a veteran coach to bring these young guys along.

I was ready for Bienemy to move on, hoping for a draft pick…didn’t get a pick, and got a scrub to coach the WRs, because Andy is full of arrogance when it comes to plug and playing his coaching staff.

A terrible decision that has come to haunt.

Super Bowl appearances in 4 years that made you ready to move on from

I can agree with that. There is no one person to blame though. Blame goes around to many people.

Beyond the position coach I think they miss a real vet presence in the WR room.
