I would be very happy with Franklin and Hall. |

rounds...I think I'm OK with that. Imo the LB we need is a coverage guy and they seem surprisingly available late, I'm pretty bought into Chenal as the guy and frankly i wouldn't be surprised if Cam Jones is a decent run stuffer. A Smith replacement is a tough one. If we get a Mitchell, or a Wilson or Burton I'm probably hoping to double up later in the draft anyway. So it feels like I'm always circling back to having to find gems later on. |

I've become a big Franklin guy recently due to Kccrow and DJ liking him, but I don't see a third round picks worth of separation between him at any of that next tier of guys.

If we can keep Patrick upright, we're going to win a lot of super bowls. I think it's worth it to keep Creed and Smith side by side for the next 5-6 years. |

I do think there's potential to thread the needle with signing Trey and having that right side all set and replacing Thuney.

This year he played at/near a Pro Bowl level for most of the year. And he's still young so there's room for continued development (ideally his pass pro catches up to his run protection). You could justify it. I'm just not sure you need to. I mean we're getting really quality play out of Allegretti and always have. There's always another Allegretti. I really liked Saldiveri coming out of the draft last season and he didn't really do much in NOLA last year - anyone really think that would've been the case here? I think you can take a couple 3rd/4th round players over the next couple years and have a nice set of OGs without needing to spend $25 million on the set.

I like worthy a lot for all the reason mentioned, he'd be a great fit to stretch the defense and we love that in KC. But I don't think he's nearly as dynamic or versatile as Franklin. Worthy is this year's Hyatt, which is valuable, but Franklin looks like a a D. Smith/J. Waddle type with near C. Watson/G. Pickens height and length.
If we took Worthy, he'd be a fantastic fit as a role player in our offense. He replaces MVS and Hardman and becomes our deep-speed guy next to Rice as our #1, he likely plays slot WR. We'll hit him deep or toss him a screen to try to scheme for his speed. If we take Franklin, he's not only our deep-speed guy but he's likely to become our #1 WR. A guy that Andy can move between slot and wideout, and Mahomes can hit all over the field on routes at all 3-lvls. He's not just a distraction out there, he's the main target. |

I still think that you can get 95% of what Franklin can give you out of McMillan a full round later and do so without having to move up.
But I'm admittedly the high man on McMillan.
