Diggs is a prisoner under his current deal. No way he gets traded.

Hypothetically, could he agree lift the dead money on his deal, and then get a new one on his next team? I honestly have no idea. But that’s the only way he gets moved

Looked like he was going to be a legit receiver when Big Ben was throwing to him first couple of years. At one point it looked like he could be a legit star. Yup Bills would take a $31M dead money hit for this year! On the plus side, the team that trades for him would only have cap hits of:

2024: $19M
2025: $18M
2026: $19.5M
2027: $18M

So while Bills would take a huge hit the trading team actually gets a bargain. Bills would need to decide how much compensation that huge dead money is worth.
