It looks like exactly the same thing would have happened as the 1st officer was the one who asked him to get out of his vehicle but when he did not comply that's when the 2nd officer took over.

What should have happened?

From the time the first officer asked Tyreek to exit the vehicle and the second officer was ripping open his door was under 5 seconds. 8-10 seconds after they first asked Tyreek to exit the vehicle he was on the ground being handcuffed.

Do you think they gave him any reasonable time to comply with their request?
