Thats a definite and welcome upgrade, but I still prefer stuffing once or twice a year... but you do you, there are no wrong answers in this thread

Do twice baked potatoes instead. Bake large potatoes, cut in half lengthwise and hollow out like canoes, make high end (tons of add-ins) mashed potatoes out of what you carved out, fill the hollowed out potato canoes with that, put cheese and bacon on top and bake again until the cheese is melted, top with green onions and sour cream.
