Let's talk cottage cheese for a brief moment

I remember going to college and people thought it was strange that I had cottage cheese all the time. It was pretty much a staple food item in Mid Missouri for dinner growing up.

This is my jam. I'll look out for the Good Culture brand, but for generic store selection this is the one I like the best.

Chopped a leftover pickle spear from JJ's and loaded it with black pepper. That's a solid start to the day.

Not sure about the 4% but the 2% Good Culture has a texture thats a total turn off for me. Its almost like mush, but the flavor is one of my favorites

I've moved over to the Trader Joe's 1.5% after they stopped carrying the 2%. Its a little watery but with some Tajin sprinkled over top its pretty good

I got my Japanese co-worker from LA to try cottage cheese for the first time and thought she was going to puke. I was dying laughing at the appalled look on her face and I'm like you eat eel like its candy
