Mr. Laz Don't Tease Me Join Date: Dec 2000 Location: KS Casino cash: $11047037	How will the change of administration and coaches effect team changes? a new GM will probably change the head coach but what about the scouts .... starting players etc? will they wait and evaluate the scouts etc for a year before making changes? will a GM/head coach hesitate to make any larger personal changes until they have had a chance to evaluate everything themselves? will they avoid drafting a Quarterback with the 2/3 pick of the draft until they get to see Thigpen play for awhile?
