If it were me, I'd just put him on ignore. The guy is simply not worth your time or effort, and obviously has issues that he thinks he can resolve by insulting others on the Internet.

But, again, the whole reason ChiefsPlanet was started was to allow what amounts to a free-for-all where we can discuss politics, drop the occasional (or frequent) profanity, start poop threads, and just generally allow people the freedom to express themselves as they see fit.

Yes, the ignore feature, profanity filters, and a few rules have been developed along the way. But for the most part, what makes this place so wonderful is that the moderators have an extraordinarily-light banning policy.

Once again, the crap vailpass has posted is the very pinnacle of raging douchebaggery and asshattery. I get it.

But a quick trip to your profile to add him to your ignore list would pretty much solve the issue, would it not? Why change the entire policy of the board -- and, thus, the board itself?
