Most of that list is a pretty rockin in an old school sense. You've probably heard the songs in movies and Tv but not aware of it.
I know for a while CBS sports was using the Bronx in between commercial highlights of the game they were showing. The Sword recently opened up for Metallica. They have kind of a Sabbath/Blue Cheer kind of vibe. Mastodon is just well thought out metal. Not too mathy but mathy enough. Turbonego are just one of those jackass/Bam Margera kind of party bands. Look up stuff on Itunes or mininova.com (bit torrents.) |
