Actually, I think this decade has some very inventive and daring music. I love the fact that these huge cookie cutter record labels are starting to fall away as private recording and promotion capabilities have steadily increased. It's a fun time to be a musician.
That being said, you left off my favorite bands of this decade: System of a Down, and Disturbed. I don't love Papa Roach, but I think they should be in the conversation as well. |
