I fully admit that I'm not very savvy when it comes to football, but while watching the Chiefs game this weekend, CBS suddenly turned to the Jets' game instead (I'm not really sure why). Anyway, the Jets had a QB named Sanchez that seemed really good a throwing the ball (which is, I think, the primary goal of a QB). So, I started thinking: "I think this is the chap who the Chiefs could have drafted this year, but didn't."

Is that correct?

If so, how much are the Jets paying this Sanchez fellow in comparison to Cassel?

We can't in football, basketball, or baseball. Watching the Chiefs' game yesterday, it seemed like Cassel doesn't drop back (if that is the correct expression) very far after he gets the ball. Is that correct?

I've seen it said here, by more than one person, that the ENTIRE Patriots legacy basically boils down to taking Brady in the 6th round. Some might call it luck and some might say they had to be brow beat by a vociferous assistant coach, but the point is always the same.
