I actually have no problems with the guy or his approach. Sure is refreshingly different. But if I'm a Jets fan, I worry that he keeps writing checks his team can't cash, which may haunt them.

It's hard enough in the NFL without putting a bulls-eye on your chest.

He's taking the pressure off of the players, and putting it on himself. That's why the players love him.

His words don't make a damn bit of difference. Would Tom Brady or Belichick prepare any less of Rex flooded them with compliments?
