I never flip ours either, I just rotate it every 6 months to distribute wear. Which isn't a problem either. We've owned it for a couple of years now and it still looks brand new.

Sleeping warm is something that worries me. I don't mind it at all in the winter, but if I am sweating in the summer, that is a huge problem.

I like to sleep cold, so now I know to stay away from these kind of beds. Bummer.

I was worried about this also, but it's a non-issue for me.

The first couple of times you sleep on it, you'll worry that you made a huge mistake. Soon after, you'll wonder why you didn't spend the money on it years ago.
