For years Pioli has talked about drafting the right players - team captains, high character players, etc.

Yet last year, there was an obvious difference when the players took the field for Romeo than they did in Haley's last few games. If you've been drafting high character players, shouldn't those guys give the same effort no matter who is coach?

As far as schedule is concerned WHEN you play someone is just as important as WHO you play.
