Maybe epididymitis?

It is similar to a UTI only in the tiny tube behind your testicle. I went to the ER one early morning when I woke up in pure agony after that tiny tube swelled up to about acorn size.

I got it another time, and it started out as a dull pain that would sort of ebb, but within a few hours it go extremely painful. If you have this you will get some pills that make your mouth taste like pennies and it will go away.

However, if you do have epididymitis, then you may also have prostatitis, which is the same thing only your prostate. Guess how they check you for that one....
