I am beginning to wonder if he will ever come back. Now that the playoffs are here it is hard to tell how the chemistry will be if by some miracle he does. I am hoping he will but after all this time he is still not allowed to even do contact drills with the team. I haven't heard anything about Ariza either. Mihm was in last night. This team has debth for sure.

They could always put Bynum in with the 2nd and 3rd teams so he doesn't affect the 1st team chemistry.

Then again, if they put Bynum in, they'll just sit Rad, and shift Pau and Lamar down a position. Aside from that steal and dunk last game, what really has Rad done in the last few games to make him irreplaceable?

He has averaged 8.4 points this season; and in his last three games he scored 2 points, 2 points, and 14 points (averaging 6 points over that stretch). He played no less than 23 minutes in each of those games. Is there anyone who thinks Bynum (regardless of health) couldn't duplicate that?

I rather them move Rad to Small Forward and completely take out Luke Waltons worthless ass. At least when Rad is on, he's on and he can fire from downtown. WHen Luke has the ball i just cringe everytime.


If and when Bynum does come back, he's not going to start thats for sure.

I'm with you on Walton. I think Phil has him like 3rd string now. I believe the plan is when Bynum gets back, Gasol moves to PF, and Odom slides down to SF.

Walton continues to ride the bench as he should. <<< A couple weeks ago I watched the bum miss SIX layups.

Local sports talk radio here in PHX is looking forward to a Lakers-Suns match up to see Kobe vs. Shaq in a hate match.
I say the Suns gotta' get by the Spurs first, which I think they can do but you never take Mr. Duncan & Co. lightly.

LA should sweep Mello & AI but those Nuggets play with a lot of heart and can sometimes be pesky.

Seriously man...the Lakeshow turned things around fast! Their "rebuilding years" consisted of losing in the first round of the playoffs. Now they're a serious contender AND they have young talent!

Yea he has really turned it around recently.

I don't know why I think this because I have nothing solid to base it on but I am beginning to think that Bynum/Ariza are going to pop up in the next series.

One more thing, what ever happened to all of Phil Jacksons critics who said anyone could have coached his last teams to a championship? I guess they are all MIA like all of Kobe's critics.
