Conjoined twins are getting married! [one of them anyway]
So is this considered polygamy? If the other half gets married, do husbands have to share? When they get divorced, which half does he get?

In all honesty, I think that the dude has probably courted both of them and since polygamy is illegal they have collectively elected to create a union. I don't think there's any way he's simply marrying one of them.

So - I dont think its polygamy, because only one is getting married. And I think the only state this would be illegal in is Utah. Considering having sex outside of marriage is illegal there.

This would basically come down to not being illegal at first at least. Maybe with time and the common law marriage rule, it would become illegal, but im no lawyer.
