Quit MJ after 17 yrs a 1/2 oz a week user. HELP

I smoked cigarettes for 40 years and stumbled on a real easy way to quit:

1. have a massive heart attack
2. go into a coma for 3 days
3. wake up and be told you died three times
4. have terrible hallucinations and nightmares for two weeks in the Intensive Care Unit

That should do it. If you go through that and take up smoking again then "Your and idiot"
