2. That part about Flowers and Gray really gets me. That's what I want to see, that's what I want to hear. This team has completely bought into the new regime like I've never seen. It takes me back to Marty Ball (I know, I know), when players truly believed in their coaches from the top to the bottom, and supported each other on every play, rain or shine, offense or defense.

That struck a chord with me also. Flowers has always been a good leader, but it really isn't often offense and defense congratulate each other.
