I talked to someone in the ticket office in Indy this past Thursday, and they said they will go on sale to the public as soon as it's determined when their home game will be. So according to them it could be today after the game, or it could have to wait until the regular season is over. They are available on StubHub, eBay, etc. but the problem with pulling the trigger on those is unlike the Chiefs playoff tickets where the game either happens or doesn't, with Indy they are having a game, but if the somehow jump to the 2 or 3 seed or KC steals the division then you're stuck with Colts tickets against some other WC team.
