But, I ALSO know that was some shitty play calling and Charles should have touched the ball more. Conspiracy? Planned? I don't think so but they definitely didn't empty the playbook of their best plays on that day.
You can slice and dice any set of numbers to get the answer you want. The "holding something back" idea just seems to be more wishful by fans trying to rationalize why we might get a different outcome this time.

It's just much more straight forward to think that we had a bad game that day and hope that we play better on Saturday.
