Agree. I just think they bring a tight game to afh. IIRC the game in afh wasn't officiated that well. Not nearly this bad but not good. And ISU hits some 3s gets some hustle points and were not blowing them out.

Agree. Even missing all those shots I was surprised they looked as bad as they did on a huge number of possessions. I doubt they were intimidated. I don't know what happened.

What happened is this team is super ****ing talented. And when we execute, no one can stop us. Period.

That changes it from "we can make a lot of threes!" to "Oh shit we HAVE to make a lot of threes" to "**** ME WE AREN'T MAKING OUR THREES."

Could be. And we did have excellent performances from a lot of guys. We also whiffed on several possessions, Ellis made a shitton of nice moves only to miss the bucket, and the turnovers (bad calls or not) killed a shitload of possessions.

We didn't rock shit, but we did play above average.

I just think ISU is better than what we saw tonight.

@JonRothstein: Iowa State needs to forget about this game and throw the game tape away. Cyclones won't shoot 4-25 from 3-pt range again this season.

If Iowa didn't miss 5 free throws in the last 30 seconds, ISU wasn't undefeated prior to KU.
