It's the right call by the rule, but he rule needs to be changed.

I do wish the rules would change though... in the NHL, flopping can be called, but the original penalty is always called, too. If it's obvious enough, just call the flopping. In basketball, refs simply shouldn't call that crap.

Until they do, though, I'm not going to blame anybody for trying to exploit them. It helps their team to do so.

Of course when he does it I don't like it, being a KU fan, because it hurts my team. But it's definately a skill to have.

Gamesmanship is part of the game at this point.

Catchers framing pitches, WR's selling pass interference etc. It happens.

Looking ahead, what KU needs to really do, is just win the games they should.

Sweep TCU, Tech, WVU, Texas and win at home, they should lock it up.

Yeah, hold serve at home (ISU/BU toughest games there) and win 3-4 of the remaining 7 road games. That will get it done.

OU isn't bad, but I think KU is probably 10-15 points better at home than they are on the road.

Really, just win the games you should, beat pesky KSU, Baylor on the road and finish it off.

4 losses in this conference definitely wins it, I'd say. Maybe even 5. There's a ton of good teams (the only total pushover is TCU).

Winning sneaky games, like at KSU, OU and ISU at home will be what wins the conference.


IIRC, OSU still has ISU, and OU to play 2 each.

Yup. I didn't get to start the game on my DVR until it was about 3/4 the way over. Smart is a great player. But I can't stand that flopping bullshit. That makes him a bitch, IMO.
