OSU would not even be ranked without Smart's production (and probably wouldn't be that good at all, as their entire offense revolves around his ability to create shots for himself and others). That said, Ennis is a very good passer in his own right, but he lacks those same elite creation skills that Smart does. If Ennis took on the same enormous role that Smart does for OSU, I think he'd have trouble handling it and maintaining his current efficiency levels. |
