Beckham still does have a lot of potential and could be a #1 WR, I like him but not at 23 mainly because there will likely be a higher rated defensive prospect available in that slot and defense is what the Chiefs really lacked. The WR class is so deep that you can still find someone with very good potential in the 3rd round as well. Also, the only rookie WR to ever make a big impact in their rookie year with Andy Reid was Desean Jackson; his system is too complicated for most rookies to immediately come in and contribute right off the bat.
