The judgement of Fisher should begin this year. He'll have had a real offseason to get bigger and he will be playing at his natural position that he's learned for years.

It's too early to JUDGE Fisher even this year. Year 3 is more fair.

But let's be clear, we're not JUDGING Fisher. We're concerned about his performance in the coming year. And the only evidence we have to date isn't great...
