Mountain/Trail Bikes

Much easier for you to do outdoor things Sac. You live in Utah where the humidity is drastically lower and you have mountains where you can cool off by going uphill.

Yeah, I live right against the Wasatch on the east side of the Valley and literally can ride right into a ton of trails without having to slap the bike on the car.

I'm just not going to go full bore into it as most guys around here do, thus wanting to economize the initial financial outlay a bit. As well, by the time work is over, I'm usually pretty hammered, so I'm not going to be using it a lot. (Case in point, this week I had work days consisting of 12, 16, 18.5, 13 and 9 hours long where I didn't sit down but about 15 minutes each of those days. It takes me a weekend of doing nothing/sitting on my ass to get my legs back under me.) In addition, my daughter is getting the age where she's able to go on the trails with me, but not total hardcore and my ex-wife has already told her about the first time I took her on a little bike ride which nearly ended us in divorce court. (I still have her helmet from that ride, which has a really nice, large indentation on the front of it. *cackles*)

And it's just a personal thing with me, but I just can't buy used stuff. I know I'd get a better deal and there are a ton of used bikes around here, but I don't want to put my best shit down on a bike seat that's been rubbing up against some other dudes hairy, sweaty nut sack.
