I grew up in the neighborhood behind there. My in laws still live in the neighborhood behind there. Tim and Steve literally watched me grow up from 7th grade till now (38).
The greatest thing about them is their memories. After I moved away, the only time I'd have Tim's was at my in laws, and just eat what they'd order. So for close to a decade, I rarely ordered from there.
Then I was house sitting for my in laws, and called one night to order a pizza, and based off the pizza I ordered, they knew who I was by name.
