Food and Drink What sandwhich shop chain do you turn to when the mood hits?

YEARS ago there used to be a deli in Blue Springs called 'Country Deli' - they served smoked slice turkey sandwiches on these really nice Kaisers w/ Poppy or Onion. They melted a thick slice of swiss (I think cheese slice width is crucial here) and IIRC they dressed it w/ mayo, mustard shaved lettuce and slivered onions - For some reason they didn't make it - But the sandwiches they served in that standard sheet of wax paper and a large garlic pickle - were about the best sammys I've eaten, ever.

Pretty sure - Jennifer (my sister) went to High School w/ the owner's son.
