Bowe plead to Defective Equipment-Not Possession of a controlled substance.

I am not even sure how having a pot smell in your car ends up being D.E. plea deal-but that is what he was convicted of.

Defective Judgement should have been the charge.

You don't have to be convicted of anything and he probably admitted it to the league.
