If Alex threw for 4200 yards and 28 TD this place would be celebrating like we had won the Super Bowl.

Big Ben does it and he's "done."

14 for me. Left Eli's current version, Dalton, Cutler and Stafford off the list. You could argue either way on all four of those guys but stafford has to be one of the stupidest QBs in the league. Has a Favresque arm and even worse decision making and game management.

That's my stance. Ben is done. That's why I didn't pick him. I see him falling apart more and more every year.

So people here seriously would not trade a 30-year old game manager checkdown artist for a 26-year old with a howitzer?

Define "better". There are so many factors to consider. It's tough to definitively say one guy is "better" than another.

Assuming all things were equal and I just need to win one game, I'd take these guys over Alex:

Brady
Romo
Foles
Brees
Ryan
Newton
Rivers
Peyton Manning
Wilson
Kaepernick
Dalton
Roethlisberger
Flacco
Rodgers
Cutler

QBs I'd be happier that we just signed to a 4 year deal worth $68 million:

Brady
Tannehill
G. Smith
Romo
Foles
RGIII
Luck
Brees
Newton
Ryan
Rivers
Peyton Manning
Rivers
Wilson
Kaepernick
Dalton
Flacco
Roethlisberger
Rodgers
Cutler
Stafford

I don't think so. I think most people are happier about wins than stats. For most it's about winning rather than being right imo.

If you placed Ben and Alex in equal situations, there's no question Ben takes the team farther.

Pfft, you're supposed to compare Smith's last 3 years to RG3's second year in the league, duh.

Ben is only 26? Jesus. I think I missed the mark on that one. Why does if seem like he's 36? Lol
