Fisher put on one of the worst performances we've ever seen from a tackle last preseason
Gaines wasn't just bad this preseason. He was nightmarishly bad
Knile Davis was terrible in the preseason last year
Kelce had people talking bust when he continually dropped passes in the preseason

What is CP's obsession with judging rookies by their first preseason performance? Especially in this new day and age where rookies are at a tremendous disadvantage given the new CBA?

I can only judge what I see is all. I'm by no means super talent evaluator 3000, I just know form what I saw of him.. he didn't look good.

I assume he got cut for good reason. Hope he pans out.

He didn't get cut. He was kept on the practice squad.

This criticism isn't pointed at you as much as it is the barrage of CP critics who blasted the Chiefs for keeping him on their roster. Because he sucked in the preseason. Keep in mind that CP tore Gaines a new asshole because he wasn't nails in the preseason.

I don't know if Sorensen is any good. I realistically think he won't be much good. But I certainly don't think preseason in a rookie year is any measure. I'm sure they kept him around because of what they saw in OTAs, scouting evaluation, and practices.
