This. Not much PT tonight. Self was searching for answers in the first. Settled down a a solid line up in a he second. He will be a huge player going forward.

Well, your tendons not so much, but your muscles that support those tendons, you're spot on with. Tendon atrophy is caused by nerve damage so it doesn't repair properly when damaged... a little bit different scenario.

I demolished mine in high school and tried to play without them and ended up doing it again whenever I'd play ball with any frequency. I know I haven't ever played as much as they do. You would think statistically they'd all be in a brace.
