The first clue to this season started with the disaster playoff game at Indy last year. And to me that starts with Reid.

Andy Reid is solely responsible.
He convinced Clark Hunt that hiring him would lead the Chiefs to the Super Bowl. He convinced Hunt to hire John Dorsey and he convinced Dorsey and Hunt to give up two draft selections for Alex Smith. When the Chiefs win, Andy gets all the credit. When the Chiefs lose, it's a "Team Effort". Even more to the point, Chiefs offense goes the way of Reid. If he calls a great game, the Chiefs likely win. If he calls a poor game, the Chiefs lose. There's no one accountable for poor clock management, offensive design and scheme and poor play calling. It all lands in Reid's lap. King Andy has too much power over this organization. |

So who gets credit for going from being a 2 win team to an almost playoff team?

Anyone who wants to vote Alex should just go with Reid. He's his guy. I don't blame Alex for not being better. He is who we thought he was.

Plenty of first year coaches like Bruce Arians, Bill O'Brien, Mike Pettine, Mike McCoy and even Doug Marrone would have turned the 2-14 squad into at least a 10 game winner. I'd take them all over Reid, especially Arians. |

KC has held 10 opponents to 20 points or less, and even last season Kc built their wins on the back of the defense and Jamaal Charles.. who led the NFL in TD's last year and is doing the same this year. The offense is an abortion. |
