Sony tried to get it on itunes, but negotiations failed for some reason. I assume everyone (including playstation, amazon, and itunes) will eventually get it, but so far these are the only platforms willing to agree to the profit-sharing arrangement and who aren't afraid of hackers. (apparently Sony wants a much bigger chunk of the sale for this release than itunes is used to handing over)

This makes a lot of sense for youtube movies and google Play to hop on board and agree to any terms, because a lot of people probably don't even know they exist, and they'd like to compete with the neflix and amazon's of the world.
