It's a good thing if done at the right times. Brady does it, Manning does it, Luck does it, in fact most all good QBs do it when it's called for.

In the case of our QBs I don't think it makes them look calm, I think it shows that they're not good enough to get in the faces of the side of the team they lead.

I'd love to have more of a hothead at QB on offense and a captain on D who's a little more like Ray Lewis than what we have.

What we suffer is a "tone" that I think comes from the top. I'll just leaveit at that.
