I would have been fine with offsetting penalties on the play, but to make the obvious call, announce the penalty, and then disregard the flag without explanation is something I've never seen.

I'd rather watch Cowboys at Packers any day over Lions-Seahawks and Packers-Panthers divisional matchups.

So while it sucks for Detroit, eh, I don't really give a shit about them anyway. Cowboys advancing at least adds a little suspense to what looked like an inevitable Seahawks-Packers conference final.

This is why I don't give a shit about the NFL anymore. I watched bits and pieces of the game because...football, I guess. To the extent that I cared, I wanted the Cowboys to win. The NFL is a joke, and it's digging it's own grave with shit like this.
