This was a big step from year 1 where we couldn't beat anyone but backup QB's. The staff fixed our biggest issue (defense) and we looked better.
It's up to the staff to fix the offense now and create an all-around talented team capable of being playoff caliber year in and year out. This team was the youngest in the AFC this year. So many talented players at age 25 or younger. Of course Ford and Fisher especially will need to show that they are for real, but overall Dorsey has done a nice job with the overall roster setting up long term success.
