Yeah, cuz. You know, it's the NCAA's fault that kids have to go to school for a year. The NBA makes the rule, not the NCAA. The NCAA would LOVE to have a 3-and done rule or something in the NBA.

I dont know that I would care...I expect the team to be competitive at whatever ranking is given. If they're slumping going into the tournament, I'm going to be less confident than if they were not.

I believe the new rules make it so that playing KU is suddenly highly desirable, since extra weight is given to power conference wins, and KU would be as close to a bye week as you could get in that category.

No chance? Kenpom has Kansas as 11th, WSU as 14th. Considering that most of KU's Kenpom ranking has the benefit of Cliff's play, KU's true rank is most likely slightly lower. It would be anybody's game, likely KU would be only 2 or 3 point favorites in Vegas.

The point was to show that Kansas is not underachieving by any definition. Although if Self coached those teams, there's little reason to think he'd have done any worse with them. In fact, considering he's a superior in-game coach, he might have done better.

The first one. There's a pretty sizable chance they lose to NMSU. And how often do you get to predict a 15 beating a 2?

Well, ku is in the tournament pretty much every year, so pretty often.

well, every year since I was 8 I've picked KU to win the National Championship except for a few years ago when they lost to Kentucky (I was pissed, I literally had a streak of picking Calipari/Self title games for years). This year, I talked myself into taking New Mexico State beating KU. So I assume KU is going to win it all.
